OIP Engineering provides Civil Engineering Services for our clients in the Montgomery County, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.

Our Engineering Services include grading design, parking lot design, public parks design, drainage design, storm water management, erosion and sediment control and preparing construction drawings for land development.

For Washington DC OIPA can prepare Site Utility Plans for DC Water, ESC and SWM Plans for DOEE, Building Plats for DCRA, and Dry Utility Plans for expedited PEPCO review.

For Montgomery County we can prepare Site Plans and SWM / Sediment Control Plans for review by DPS.

If Survey Services are required for your project, we can provide boundary surveys, topographical surveys, record plats, easement descriptions, lot stake outs, construction stake out, building location surveys, and wall checks through our trusted sub-consultants.

Our Land Planning Services include subdivision and resubdivisons, development plans for new construction and additions, feasibility studies, special exceptions and variances.

OIP Engineering also provides Permit Running for DC Water Site Utility Plans, DC SWM and Erosison and Sediment Control Plans and for Montgomery County SWM and Sediment Control Plans that we prepare.

OIP serves as the Town Engineer for the Towns of Chevy Chase, Chevy Chase View, Chevy Chase Section 5 and Glen Echo, all in Montgomery County. Generally, we review plans to ensure their conformance with the Towns' Codes. We also conduct periodic inspection to verify that construction is proceeding in conformance with the approved plans. For the Town of Chevy Chase, our task is limited to reviewing Water Drainage Plans for conformance with the Town's Ordinance and providing construction inspection. For the Village of Chevy Chase Section 5, in addition to Site Plan review, we also review to verify that SWM is provided per the Town requirements.
