OIP performs that following services for the Town of Chevy Chase:

• We review and approve plans for new construction to ensure that they conform with the Town's Water Drainage Ordinance
• We inspect construction to ensure that the SWM is constructed substantially in accordance with the approved plans
• We advise TOCC residents regarding drainage problems (requests must be made through the Town of Chevy Chase)
